Job Description
HDY Marketing Inc is seeking a dedicated Business Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will represent the management in various capacities, handle calls and inquiries, assist with budget management, and undertake event planning projects. Responsibilities include diary management, organizing meetings, producing follow-up notes, and providing support to administration and operations teams.
Essential qualifications include Indonesian-Malaysian citizenship, a degree, at least five years of relevant experience, team management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are a must.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Php60,00.00 to Php70,00.00 per month.
