Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call leads within 24 hours of appointment being booked
  • Phone qualification on “Fixed On X” full arch implant surgery leads:
  1. Understand the challenges patients are dealing with, and the reason causing them to reach out to us
  2. How they propose to pay for the treatment
  3. If they are applying for finance, get enough information to complete a risk assessment when application for finance is lodged* (this will be implemented when we put our finance stream in place)
  4. Other information they’d like us to know
  • Prepare a summary report and email to practice ahead of the initial consultation
  • Confirm the consultation details:
    1. Date
    2. Time
    3. Location
  • Email a welcome pack to each person with important information
  • Perform other administrative tasks that may be assigned by the client
  • Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
    • With a minimum of 2 years customer service and admin experience
    • Great attention to detail & accurate recording
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
    • Ability to identify problems and take corrective actions
    • Willing and able to work on-site
