Job Description
Makati Shangri-La is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Manila’s financial district. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Service Leader – Kitchen (Garde Manger).
In this role, you will maintain food preparation processes, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure safety standards, while promoting team collaboration.
The ideal candidate has experience in luxury dining, a passion for food, and fluency in English. Flexibility for shifts is required.
