Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
• Good communication skills and people-oriented.
• With good judgment dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
• Flexible, organized, and able to multitask.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of HR related experience.

Job Description:

• Primarily responsible for administrative tasks such as assisting in job posting, identifying candidates, conducting interviews, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts, new hire orientation, and assisting in any other HR matters needed.
• Maintains the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of up-to-date human resource files and records and documentation.
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
• Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Provides clerical support to the HR department.
• Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
• Assist in Performance Management processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php11,517.00 – Php11,518.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
