Job Description
Metrobank is seeking a dedicated Electronic Channels Management Officer to oversee the design, development, and delivery of our financial products offered through electronic channels such as Wealth Manager, MOSE, and FX Online. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, collaborate with various teams to ensure quality digital solutions, and actively participate in marketing strategies, including branding and content creation.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields, at least three years of experience in electronic channels product management, strong digital marketing skills, and excellent communication abilities. A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
