Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or problems effectively and efficiently.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge about the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Communication: Communicate with customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Listening Skills: Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and concerns.

Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php33,00.00 per month
