Job Description
We are Aerophone, located in Marquee Mall, seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate. Applicants must be college-level or senior high graduates with strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate is driven, motivated, and a fast learner who can work with minimal supervision and is willing to work in shifts.
Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing payments, maintaining store displays, and training new cashiers. Previous sales experience and Telco experience are advantages.
We offer a monthly salary of Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00, with benefits such as paid training, promotion opportunities, a 13th-month salary, commission, and overtime pay.
