Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled CSR Bilingual, with French language proficiency, to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in both French and English, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address their concerns and provide solutions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Assist customers with product information, shipping inquiries, and order updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in French and English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems
