Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming enquiries and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Providing accurate information to customers about our products and services.
- Assisting customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
- Maintaining customer records and updating relevant databases.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and promote additional products or services.
