Job Description
A Cashier Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cashier team. This position involves supervising and leading a team of cashiers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the accuracy of financial transactions. The Cashier Team Lead is responsible for training new cashiers, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that cashiers adhere to company policies and procedures.
