Job Description

· Perform IT Service Management (ITSM) and provide Team lead role for the APAC region.

· Develop, improve and/or implement IT Service Management systems and processes based on industry best practice where needed.

· Manage the Incident Management process, Problem Management process, Asset and Knowledge Management databases.

· Manage the Help Desk Team and functions to ensure timely resolutions of issues.

· Manage licensing and Asset lifecycle requirements and perform regular audit Reports for Management to ensure legal compliance.

· Manage the lifecycle and perform periodical audits of hardware.

· Responsible for assisting with procurement activities and coordinating with regional team where applicable.

· Ensure SLA/KPI’s across the region are in place and managed

· Working closely with regional Technicians and Managers who are responsible for their local environments.

· Willingness to travel to parts of APAC region.
