Job Description

Rumble Royale is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to coordinate and oversee their HR functions. The role will be located on-site in Quezon City and will involve managing employee relations, administering company policies, overseeing recruitment and selection, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing payroll and compensation. The HR Manager will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring the company’s human resource policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in HR functions including employee relations, recruitment and selection, payroll and compensation
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the gaming or creative industry is a plus
