Job Description:
- Advise and guide IPC on talent strategies within the Industry Group
- Identify industry sector synergies and convergence opportunities
- Support IPC in communicating talent strategy impacts to Markets/MUs
- Provide guidance to IPC on performance, rewards, and HR processes
- Understand growth priorities for the Industry group and shape talent plans
- Design and deliver global initiatives for employee value proposition
- Collaborate with HR Leads to create programs for the Industry Group
- Work with Learning team to create a learning strategy for the industry group
- Promote a people-centric culture and coach IPC lead accordingly
- Ensure integrated change management and communication approaches
- Monitor Talent numbers and raise concerns/solutions to IPC
- Collaborate with global HR teams for HR systems interventions
- Provide oversight into Succession Planning for Industries within the Group
