Job Description

We are looking for a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will be responsible for processing orders, modifications, and escalating complaints across various communication channels. It is crucial to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with frustrated customers. Previous experience in computer operations is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers through multiple channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of our products to answer customer questions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Coordinate and communicate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: PHP 18,00.00 – PHP 27,00.00 per month
