Job Description
Red Selvage International Corp is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, documenting all interactions, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should be fluent in English and Tagalog, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and have 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
This position offers a full-time and permanent role with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, alongside benefits such as promotion opportunities, a 13th-month salary, and overtime pay.
