The Operational Finance Manager is responsible for:
- Team building
- Standardizing processes and setting up the shared service
- Maintaining great relationships with stakeholders
- Automation
- Team structure and strategic decision making
- Coordination with both internal and external auditors
- Setting up financial processes
The Successful Applicant
The successful Operational Finance Manager is:
- CPA and Masters in Finance Major
- 8-10 years of experience in Operational Finance
- Experience as a Team Lead or Process Owner in a global organization
- Experience in driving Global Business Services or Shared Services
