Job Description
You will be joining a global market leader in the FMCG industry. They are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Regional Finance Manager to support the regional business. This role reports into the Finance Controller.
Key Responsibilities
As the Regional Finance Manager, you will be involved in multiple facets of the business such as business partnering, change management, analysis, and reporting. You will be the business partner to the Asian Managing Director and the regional team in Southeast Asia to provide deep-level insights that inform the best possible business decisions. You will also lead transformational projects in areas including financial reporting, financial systems, and integration.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will come with a minimum of 7 years of global accounting experience in a supervisory role. You should have strong technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software such as SAP and BPC. The ideal candidate should also be experienced in handling accounting work for entities in two or more SE Asian entities concurrently, with demonstrated ability to lead major projects, change management efforts, and post-acquisition integration.
Location: Manila, Philippines
Travel: Travel requirements will vary depending on the business needs, but it could be up to 15-25% of your time.
