Job Description
Sprint International Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
We require at least 5 years of experience in an HR supervisory role, managing 100 or more employees. Candidates should be well-organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and a solid understanding of Labor Laws and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
Your responsibilities will include developing performance standards, implementing disciplinary actions, administering policies, and evaluating employee performance. Knowledge in Salary Grading Structure is preferred.
