Job Description

Aspire Global Solutions Incorporation is currently seeking individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our team as Non Voice – Chat Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and escalate complex cases to higher levels as needed.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to customers navigating the company’s website or using its services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
