Job Description
Education
- Graduate of Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or any related courses
Job Purpose
- Execute clerical functions in grooming, checking, scanning, indexing, and safekeeping of client accounts and other documents under Depository, Registry, Custody, and Value Added Services.
Experiences
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in documents and records management, i.e., scanning, archiving, vault operations, etc.
Skills / Qualities Required
- Must have the skill to maintain good client relations, both internally and externally, including co-employees, regulators, investors, and market participants such as custodians, brokers/dealers, etc.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Computer literate
- Must possess an analytical mind and exercise mature judgment
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Preferably with a good understanding of the Philippine Depository and Trust Corporation’s business/role in the securities market
- Willing to work overtime and handle multitasking functions
