Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Medical Coder to join our team at Customer Persona Simplified APAC. This onsite position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related medical field, along with recent medical coding experience in clinical, BPO, or CPO settings.
Requirements:
- Active Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) license.
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Salary: ₱55,00 to ₱75,00, with a signing bonus up to ₱100,00. Additional benefits include leave, health insurance, paid training, and promotion opportunities.
