Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 months experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Willingness to start immediately and to work onsite (night shift)
- Must not have conflict of interest such as: Plans to study/enrolled or Plans to go abroad
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to management when necessary
Hiring Process: Virtual (Zoom, Skype, and Phone interview)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
