Job Description
Maxicare Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our Legal/Risk Compliance Department. The successful candidate will assist in supporting the Board by gathering information on governance best practices and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Your responsibilities will include preparing board materials, updating the organization on regulatory changes, and managing compliance consultations. You will also coordinate compliance testing, assist in the implementation of corrective actions, and ensure efficient execution of testing plans.
Key skills required: familiarity with corporate governance practices, attention to detail, compliance testing, effective communication skills, and risk assessment.
