Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with their inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding the products and services we offer at Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc.
Your primary role will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with our clientele.
Job Type: Fixed term
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Education: Senior High School (Preferred)
