Job Description
Overview:
GreatSource Corp is looking for a motivated and experienced Debt Collector to join our team. The Telecollector will be responsible for contacting debtors and collecting outstanding payments from various debts, including credit cards, personal, housing, and auto loans.
Responsibilities include contacting borrowers through various methods, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records, following up on payment commitments, and resolving disputes related to debts.
Qualifications include proven experience in debt collection or a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a high school diploma. We welcome inexperienced candidates to apply.
Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: 8-hour shift | Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
