Job Description
As a Shift Leader, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations and managing the team during your designated shifts.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks and duties are completed accurately and efficiently. This includes coordinating and delegating work assignments, monitoring the team’s performance, and providing guidance and support as needed.
Furthermore, you will be accountable for maintaining high levels of customer service, ensuring that customers’ needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
In addition to supervising the team, you will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the workplace, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
