Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 27k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites. Sapient is URGENTLY HIRING. APPLY TODAY AND GET HIRED IMMEDIATELY.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information or making reservations for hotel accommodations.
- Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software or booking systems.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reservations, and relevant information in the database.
- Keep updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
