Job Description
OTEC International Trade Corporation is seeking a talented Human Resource Manager to oversee our staffing process, including recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will ensure that job descriptions are compliant with all regulations, develop training materials, and create effective performance management programs.
The responsibilities include designing a compensation strategy, investigating employee issues, and ensuring organizational compliance. Additionally, you will analyze compensation trends and implement employee retention strategies.

Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 5 years in Human Resources (Required)
