Job Description
A Banking Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing banking processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of the banking industry, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis on banking industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new banking products and services.
- Creating and maintaining detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Developing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and compliance.
- Providing support and training to end-users on new banking systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various stakeholders.
