Job Description
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Global Business Services team in Manila as a Snr Travel & Expense Representative. This role involves auditing employee expense claims and managing related queries, all while supporting system and process enhancements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Auditing expense reports for compliance with T&E policy.
- Validating GL codes and processing expense claims in ERP systems.
- Ensuring invoice accuracy and approval by cost center managers.
- Reconciling unallocated payments in the ERP system.
Requirements: University degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and strong communication abilities.
