Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented IT Recruitment Consultant at Flatplanet in Makati. Your role will involve sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn and job ads. You will manage the full candidate lifecycle, provide ongoing support, and partner closely with Account Managers for a seamless recruitment experience.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with the Australian market and Bullhorn Recruitment Management system is a plus.
