Job Description
Caldwell Communications is constantly looking for candidates to join our team. We currently have openings for the position of Airline Ticketing in our company.
Accounts that we can offer: Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact without having to transfer the caller.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Use negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients and colleagues.
