Distribution managers play a crucial role in overseeing the distribution of goods and services to ensure timely delivery to customers. At P BAKESHOP CORP., we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Distribution Manager to join our team.

Distribution Manager Job Duties:

• Ensuring timely delivery of products through effective inventory management techniques.
• Managing budgets and controlling costs while achieving business goals.
• Negotiating with vendors for favorable terms on supplies and services.
• Analyzing sales reports to identify market trends and areas for improvement.
• Adapting product lines based on consumer trends.
• Training employees on inventory handling, shipping orders, and other tasks.
• Analyzing market data for strategic expansion and optimal distribution routes.
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive rates.
• Creating distribution schedules and routes for timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience in industrial/food manufacturing/distribution preferred.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and audits (FDA audits, HACCP).
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in business and people interactions.
• Strong initiative and leadership capabilities.

Salary: Php 20,00.00 – Php 30,00.00 per month
