Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective one-call resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience.
- High School Graduate / ALS Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multi-task effectively.

Pay: Up to Php 28,00.00 per month
