Job Description
Cognizant is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team. Candidates must have at least 3 years of leadership experience with strong customer service and technical skills. A basic knowledge of Google Suite is essential.
The ideal candidate excels in root-cause analysis and conflict management, and must communicate well at all management levels. Flexibility for shifts at Giga Tower or Bridgetowne is required.
A background in Customer Service and good English skills are preferred. Immediate start available!
