Job Description
Join RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy as a Training Team Leader! In this role, you’ll assist the Training Manager in coordinating various training requirements across projects. You’ll monitor and mentor trainers to enhance their skill sets, develop training materials, and facilitate classes as needed.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing training data, conducting trainer interviews, and maintaining confidentiality. We seek a candidate with excellent communication, coaching skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php54,00.00 per month | Benefits include paid training.
