Job Description
RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager of Workforce Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of managerial experience, specializing in forecasting, capacity planning, and Erlang. Exceptional skills in planning, scheduling, real-time management, and reporting are essential. A strong focus on accuracy and detail, along with excellent presentation skills, is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php51,00.00 – Php62,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift, shift system
