Job Description
- Responsible for supervising related administrative affairs such as meetings, itinerary arrangements, and travel requirements.
- Assist the manager to track the implementation progress of the assigned task/project.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers; regularly collect and sort out market conditions and customer needs.
- Assist the manager and be responsible for important customer visit reception and reply processing.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of project affairs or activities assigned by the manager.
- Must be proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Must be able to handle local staff.
- Active and responsible, strong observation skills.
- Experience as an EA is a plus.
