Job Description
Benby Enterprises Incorporated is seeking a dedicated and proactive Store Crew Supervisor to manage our retail staff and oversee daily operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating the shipping of goods, managing cashiers, setting up displays, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with local laws regarding hours of operation.
You will also be responsible for meeting financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, analyzing variances, and setting pricing policies. Additional duties include evaluating staff performance, maintaining inventory, and attending trade shows to identify new products.
This is a full-time position based in Calamba City, Laguna, with a monthly salary ranging from Php16,00.00 to Php18,00.00.
