Job Description
AGRONOMIKA FINANCE CORPORATION is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Training Manager. We are looking for candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience in Training & Development. The ideal applicant should be capable of conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), program development, and training facilitation.
We welcome applications for both business and non-business courses. Key responsibilities include formulating training plans and strategies, conducting TNA, developing programs, and facilitating employee engagement and development.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
