Job Description
PROTEGE LOGISTICS PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Supervisor in daily operations. The role involves organizing meetings and facilitating communication with potential and existing partners.
Responsibilities:
- Data scrapping and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Ability to operate office machinery
- Adept in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
Experience: At least 1 year as an Administrative Assistant (Preferred)
