Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking dynamic candidates to join our team as Call Center Agents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs with our Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize settlement and influencing skills to gain customer agreement.
- Communicate vital information to clients and share insights with colleagues.
