Job Description
Orbit Hub Philippines is looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by identifying their needs and providing accurate solutions.
- Familiarize yourself with company products and services during training.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling challenging situations.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work onsite and attend face-to-face interviews.
- BPO experience is a plus, along with good typing skills.
- Must be a Filipino citizen, at least 18 years old, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month, negotiable for tenured agents.
