Job Description
As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the business objectives and information technology. You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and managing the requirements of various IT projects within our organization.
Your main tasks will involve conducting feasibility studies, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and development teams, to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions that align with the business goals.
Additionally, you will be involved in identifying and documenting system issues, proposing process improvements, and providing ongoing support to end-users. You should have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
