Job Description
We are urgently hiring Call Center Agents for our Metro sites. Enjoy a one-day hiring process and earn up to Php 28,00 monthly!
Position Overview: You will provide excellent customer service to healthcare clients, patients, and providers.
Responsibilities:
- Offer clear information on healthcare services, insurance, billing, and appointments.
- Resolve complaints related to healthcare services effectively.
- Maintain patient information accurately in the system.
- Communicate policy updates to customers.
