Job Description

As a Duty Manager, you will report to the Operations and Front Office Managers, ensuring smooth front office operations and exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff adherence to procedures, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining the current rate structure. You will also be a key driver in implementing promotions and achieving high customer satisfaction.
