Job Description
Sapient Philippines Hub is urgently hiring for the position of Hotel Booking Agent. With a one-day hiring process, you can earn up to Php 28,00 monthly!
Position Overview: Provide exceptional customer service to guests making hotel reservations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Assist in modifying or canceling reservations according to policies.
- Troubleshoot reservation issues and promote special deals.
