Job Description
Sapient BPO Hub is urgently hiring Call Center Agents for our Metro sites! Enjoy a one-day hiring process and earn up to Php28,00 monthly, plus a Php30,00 sign-on bonus!
Position Overview: Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolutions.
- Process account changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Stay updated on products and promotions.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
