Job Description
Zentek Telecommunication Equipment Trading is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The role involves monitoring web tracking systems (Standard, Corporate & Basic), assisting clients via email and phone, coordinating with technicians, updating records in Pipedrive, and other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Additionally, you will aid in managing client access to our web platform and supporting load central operations.
