Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Call Center Agents at Sapient, with monthly earnings of up to 28k. As an Online Ticketing Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, and cancellations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and bookings
- Assist with the online ticketing platform
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Ensure customer data protection
